All of our items are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We use National Mail (Correos) services with a registered packages for peace of mind for you and for us.
Within Spain, the cost of a registered package is 5,50 €. FREE National shipping at the moment (subject to change) when you spend 50 € or more.

International Deliveries
We offer shipping to Europe which will arrive using the delivery country’s mail service, with a registered package.
The cost for this varies from country to country but is generally around 5,50 € for standard shipping with tracking. You can get FREE European shipping at the moment (subject to change) when you spend 50,00 € or more. For an exact postage quote, please add your desired items to your basket and head to the checkout. Once you have entered your delivery address, the correct shipping costs will be visible.
All of our postal delivery times below are estimates, however, please bear in mind that delays out of our control do sometimes occur.
Europe: 5-10 working days
No customs and import taxes are considered within the European Union, except for the UK.
Pre-sale items
All items in pre-sale will be shipped together as soon as the last item for the order arrives. I own partial stock of some items which will be shipped within 24h-48h. If you buy in-stock and pre-sale items, everything will be shipped together, when the last pre-sale item arrives.
What to do if your order hasn’t arrived
If you’ve not received your order within the estimated delivery times, please do get in touch with us within 30 days for all Spain and Portugal orders or 45 days for all other European orders at info@thecottonworm.com and we’ll be happy to help you.
